Memories to Treasure's layaway program is free to use, as long as all payments are made on time

Merchandise total must be $50 or more to qualify for layaway

Initial deposit is 50% of total sale (including tax and applicable shipping)

20% payment must be made every 30 days to keep layaway active

If an extension is needed on a payment, please contact us ahead of time to make arrangements and to avoid the late fee.  $10 late fee will be applied to layaway the day after the payment is missed, if no prior arrangements are made.  Merchandise will not be released until all late fees are paid in full.  

Layaways with no payment in 45 days forfeit all merchandise.  Any balance paid on merchandise will be transferred to store credit, less a 10% (merchandise total) restocking fee.  Cancellation of Layaways:  Cancellation of layaways forfeit the initial deposit amount; any monthly payments made after deposit will convert to store credit.  Store credit is not redeemable for cash.
